Jonathan Silverberg, CEO

Jonathan Silverberg has over 22 years of experience in senior technology management. He is experienced in leading international technology companies focused on development and marketing of innovative products, mainly in the fields of mobile technologies, transportation, and Big Data Analytics.

Prior to holding Chief Executive role at AirSage, Jonathan was the CEO at Decell, a global leader of real-time traffic information specializing in leveraging mobile signaling data as well as GPS data. Previous to his term at Decell in several roles, Jonathan served as an R&D officer in the Israeli Air Force. During his service in the IAF, he managed and participated in various development projects. A graduate of the prestigious Talpiot Program of the Israel Defense Forces, Jonathan received a B.Sc. with honors in mathematics and physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an MBA with honors (specializing in operations research and finance) from Tel-Aviv University. He is also the inventor of several granted patents in the fields of mobile communication and traffic information.


Alan Catherall, President and CFO 

For 10 years—prior to joining AirSage—Catherall served as CFO with Numerex Corp., a leading provider of interactive and on-demand machine-to-machine technologies and services. At Numerex, he was not only responsible for all finance and accounting duties but also managed the human resources, legal and administrative functions as well.

Before Numerex, Mr. Catherall was CFO of AirGate PCS, Inc. a publicly traded wireless services company. Catherall also held executive positions at MCI, including serving as the chief financial officer of Syncordia Services, a joint venture between MCI and British Telecom.

Catherall received a MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore and his B.Sc. from the University of Wales. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.


Nancy Watts, Sr. VP Operations

Nancy has a successful 30-year track record in helping businesses achieve highly competitive supply chain performance. Prior to joining AirSage, Nancy served as Executive VP of Operations at Flexplay Technologies. Under her leadership, the company experienced a 70% reduction in product costs and increased supply chain efficiency which contributed to Flexplay’s designation of “2008 Innovative Vendor of the Year” awarded by the president of the Hudson Group and Donny Deutsch from CNBC’s “The Big Idea”.

Throughout her career, Nancy has developed and implemented strategies which dramatically improved operational performance and greatly increased supply chain efficiencies. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Sasanka (Sashi) Gandavarapu, Data Services Manager

Sasanka (Sashi) heads Research and Development’s Data Services Team which prototypes new products using real world mobile device location data. His team of analysts and data scientists ensures product quality, project delivery, sales support and coordination with mobile carriers. 

Throughout his extensive career in the transportation planning industry, Sashi has worked on various predictive choice models that determine mode of travel, toll pricing and other travel related decisions.  He has also performed High Speed Rail feasibility studies in addition to ridership and revenue forecasts for various market segments. 

A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Sashi earned a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison.  



Ryan Kinskey, Sales & Marketing

Ryan has 10 years of experience in sales and marketing positions. Prior to Joining AirSage, Ryan worked for a multinational SaaS business intelligence provider called The Meltwater Group. After 2 years with Meltwater, he was part of a select team that launched a new strategic division for the company, where he was intimately involved with product positioning and defining a sales strategy. Post-launch, Ryan assumed the role of Managing Director whereby he was responsible for establishing and managing business development programs for the new product division.

Ryan has been an important part of expanding AirSage's sales and marketing efforts from a pure transportation focus to what is now population analytics serving industries including Travel & Tourism, Out of Home Advertising, Site Selection and Market Research. He now leads the marketing and business development efforts of AirSage. Ryan is a graduate from the University of Georgia, Terry School of Business with a degree in Economics.
