Jonathan Silverberg

Jonathan Silverberg

Co-President
Jonathan has over 22 years of experience in senior technology management. He is experienced in leading international technology companies focused on the development and marketing of innovative products, mainly in the fields of mobile technologies, transportation, and location-based data analytics. Before AirSage, Jonathan was the CEO at Decell, a global leader of real-time traffic information specializing in leveraging mobile signaling data as well as GPS data for transportation applications. Prior to Decell, he served as an R&D officer in the Israeli Air Force. A graduate of the prestigious Talpiot Program of the Israel Defense Forces, Jonathan received a B.Sc. with honors in mathematics and physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA with honors from Tel-Aviv University. He is also the inventor of several granted patents in the fields of mobile communication and traffic information.

Alan Catherall

Co-President
Alan has over 20 years of experience leading financial divisions in both public and private companies. Prior to AirSage, he served as CFO of Numerex Corp., a leading provider of interactive and on-demand Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and services. At Numerex, Alan was not only responsible for all finance and accounting duties but also managed the human resources, legal and administrative functions as well. Before Numerex, Alan was CFO of AirGate PCS, Inc., a publicly-traded wireless services company. He has also held executive positions at MCI, including serving as the chief financial officer of Syncordia Services, a joint venture between MCI and British Telecom. Alan received an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore and a B.Sc. from the University of Wales. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Greg Swayne

CHAIRMAN
Greg has been Chairman of AirSage for several years. Prior to AirSage, he was Chairman and CEO of HSWI, for which he was named the number 5 top CEO among Georgia public companies in 2011 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. While at HSWI, Greg brought the popular US site Howstuffworks.com to both China and Brazil. He also led HSWI’s partnership with Sharecare, a leading online healthcare platform created by Jeff Arnold, the founder of WebMD, and Dr. Mehmet Oz, whose popular syndicated TV show reaches millions of consumers daily. Greg has had numerous successful exits with companies, including ADAM Software, which he co-founded and took public in 1995 and Howstuffworks.com, which was sold to Discovery Communications in 2007.
